Description:

We’re seeking an intern to perform financial analysis, due diligence, and to write blog entries.

Additional responsibilities include:
 Assisting in the production of research reports;
 Building financial models;
 Reading and reviewing SEC documents and conference call transcripts;
 Monitoring industry news sources.

The position is demanding and requires the ability to work independently. Candidates will have a sincere interest in equity research/capital markets and a demonstrated record of academic and personal achievement.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have an incredible appetite for industry knowledge and the desire for the mentoring from industry professionals. They will have strong work ethic, a deep entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrate solid communications skills both written and spoken. Seeking a goal-oriented and detail-oriented person who can work in a fast paced environment where accuracy and deadlines are critical.

Previous courses in Accounting, Corporate Finance, and Economics are required. Graduates from top 20 liberal arts institutions preferred.

This position is designed for recent college graduates and/or MBA candidates seeking capital markets experience to bolster their resume.

Prior interns over the past 10+ years have successfully landed full-time positions on the buy-side and/or sell-side, in part due to their experience at TRG.

A modest bonus may be paid at the end of the internship if your performance has been stellar.

The position will provide the flexibility to interview for other full-time employment opportunities.
