Description:

We are looking for a design intern to join our team. We are a fun fast growing startup that will be changing the world of beauty online. You will be treated as a member of the team and will grow rapidly as you produce designs that will be integrated into our site and mobile app. Enhance & continue to develop your skills in the principles of design.

- Work on various web application interfaces
- Create designs, icons and layouts that adhere to and extend the website/app
- Update existing designs
- Assist with presentational material and marketing graphics
- Produce demo content in our platform
- Help create internal communications for newsletter, executive meetings, etc.
- Thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, agile environment
- Understand our brand and work to ensure that all of our communications, design and user interface is visually consistent

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, CSS, Inkscape, Adobe Creative Suite
- Superior online communication skills; adept at email and global video conference calls.
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- UI design portfolio
- Solid graphic design foundations
- Website / mobile design experience
- Strong execution ability to visualize the requirements and abstract guidelines from the team
- Basic project management skills and ability to work in a team environment as well as independently toward defined goals
