Description:

As an HR Office Assistant you will be supporting core HR functions, working directly with the Manager of Volunteers and HR staff in office related work. The position revolves around data-centric tasks that are essential to the recruiting and staffing functions of human resources.

Tasks include:
• Make copies of documents as needed.
• Assist with orientations for volunteers and employees.
• Input data into Access and Excel databases.
• Make telephone calls to request needed documentation from prospective volunteers/emlpoyees.
• Alphabetize files into cabinets.
• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

-Experience in Microsoft Office Programs
-Experience in Customer Service
-Passionate about learning and being a part of an office environment
-High school diploma
