Bookkeeping Intern/Quickbooks

Description:
We are looking for an intern who is interested in becoming a bookkeeper at our non-profit organization. We need a candidate to be able to troubleshoot Accounting issues. This candidate would be capable of working independently without excessive supervision.
Responsibilities:
-Troubleshooting Accounting issues in the system
-Handling customer/job activity in Quickbooks
-Issuing annual 10-99 payments in Quickbooks
-General data entry work for daily business transactions
Qualifications:
-Must be HIGHLY skilled in Quickbooks
-Must at least be in their Senior year of undergraduate school (or Trade School)
-Must have some previous work experience in bookkeeping
-Must be familiar with Customer/Job Feature in Quickbooks
-Must be familiar with 10-99 Feature in Quickbooks
