This is a great opportunity for a student who is seeking an internship and is majoring in drafting and design. There is a possibility of a permanent position after satisfactory completion of the internship.

The ideal candidate will be attending classes for or have prior working experience with renderings, AutoCAD, and Revit. Experience in the commercial realm, restaurant design, and foodservice industry is a definite plus.

Candidate must exhibit strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multi-faceted programs/projects at one time and will work under the direction of our design specialist. While this individual must be self-motivated and able to work independently to manage customers projects, they must also be a team player.

Qualifications:

• Education or experience in architecture, engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Revit
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, tolerances, and specifications
• Knowledge of good drafting techniques
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong organization and computer skills
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Strong problem solving abilities
• High attention to detail
• Self-starter, works well with limited supervision
