Job Description:
The E-Commerce Customer Service Intern will work with the E-Commerce Operations Manager to service and fulfill online orders placed on www.soccerstop.com. This position is based out of the corporate office in Centennial, CO. The E-Commerce Customer Service Intern will have the desire to provide exceptional customer service while making an effort to gain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Responsibilities:
- Become knowledgeable about team uniform products and fan gear items sold online and feel comfortable communicating this information to customers (uniform styles/packages, process times, shipping options, return/exchange policies, etc.)
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Note customer interactions, including special requests and wishes
- Contact customers with status updates, including back order information, size availability, and shipping status
- Keep track of open/in process orders and communicate any concerns to E-Commerce Operations Manager
- Assist Shipping Department during peak times
- Develop and update invoice guides/keys
- Brainstorm and make suggestions on how to improve website (including information and product offerings)

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
- Must be a Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Business from a 4 year college or university (Spring 2012 graduates will also be considered)
- Customer service experience required
- Retail and sales experience, preferred
- Passion for athletics, particularly soccer
- Willingness to resolve problems in a fast paced environment, often under time constraints
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Must be highly organized, flexible, motivated, personable, and articulate
