Job Description:

This 10-month internship involves exposure to all aspects of golf administration. It includes but is not limited to: tournament administration, junior golf, membership services, handicapping, course rating, communications, media relations, and general office administration. This position will provide a well-rounded experience for an individual seeking a career in amateur golf administration. Qualifications:

Desired Qualifications:

College degree; understanding and appreciation for the game of golf and the Rules of Golf; familiarity with the USGA Handicap System and Course Rating System; proficiency with Microsoft Office software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher); ability to communicate effectively, work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; strong organizational skills; attention to detail is a must; experience working with volunteers; comfortable working with children.
