Opportunity to establish the role of Account Manager In a Photography Production Management Team. The ideal candidate will be able to meet monthly goals by utilizing sales techniques and acquired knowledge to provide a custom fit package of media Content that meets the client needs as well as the monthly goals of the team and our partners. The account Manager will gain networking and referral assistance from our Social Media Manager and will also be able to share the success/opportunities of this role with our sister production office while working within a team of four to reach commission based monthly goals.
Qualifications:
Provide leadership through example; set performance examples; identify work to be done; prioritize and complete daily assignments
Meet deadlines with accuracy and demonstrate a sense of urgency
To create a comfortable selling environment for our clients where you can recommend a package best suited for clients
Youre personable and can be viewed by a buyer as a partner, not just a vendor
Thrive in an early-stage environment, think like a shark but play nice
Aggressive but achievable team based Goals
Actively follow and apply knowledge from researching top companies
Utilize our company’s scholarship and sponsor philosophies to acquire clients
Use a referral process to increase traffic and to generate Customer and peer feedback to further growth in the team roles
Document case studies based on applied knowledge and opportunities at the end of each fiscal month
Schedule meeting with clients
Take payments and send invoiceWell versed in video and photography production
Currently attending a Chicago College with a study in the arts
Passion for Productivity; 10 Hour maximum workweek with uncapped commission based pay
Ability to travel to client appointments along with one hour weekly meetings in the Loop area of downtown Chicago
Reliable Internet network to work from home
