Description/Responsibilities
You will work alongside the Corporate Culinary Director on the SUSHISAMBA Culinary team. You will be responsible for multiple aspects of culinary marketing, research, ordering and standardization. You will be exposed to the following; on culinary software, research, recipe and menu development, industry/trend analysis, food cost comparison, vendor outreach, etc.

• Strong Written, Organization and Communication Skills
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified timeframes
• Basic Desktop Publishing and Website Management/Navigation/Research skills
• Positive attitude, flexibility and problem solving mentality
• Eagerness to work in Culinary Management / Food Industry
• Previous culinary/restaurant experience is a plus
• MUST be a student currently enrolled in college/university AND get credit for your experience.
