Description:

As part of SmartBriefs Advertising Sales team, the Digital Sales Intern (DSI) will provide support to the Advertising Sales Team by managing the acquisition of prospective clients. S/he will be required to spearhead initiatives in prospecting and market research, concentrating on industry-specific trends. Support to the Sales Team will include, but not be limited to: e-mail outreach, outbound phone calls, maintaining the customer database, and administrative duties along the advertising sales process. The DSI will support the Sales Team in creating prospective client outreach campaigns, and learn the most efficient progression of a suspect client to a renewal advertiser.

Qualifications:

Requirements/Experience:
•Proficiency with a variety of software packages, including MS Office, MS Outlook, and enthusiasm to learn SmartBriefs Client Management system.

Skills/Abilities:
•A strong sense of organization with strict attention to detail.
•Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
•Thrives in a team-oriented, entrepreneurial corporate environment.
