Description:

Political Development Group, LLC, a Democratic fundraising firm on Capitol Hill, seeks Fall Interns to begin in August and end in December (end date is flexible). We provide political consulting services and raise money for Democratic incumbents and candidates for the House of Representatives. Our clients include Members in positions of House Democratic leadership, the Congressional Black Caucus and the Congressional Hispanic Caucus.

We will be organizing new events and laying the groundwork for our clients’ success. Intern projects include donor research, event planning, administrative duties and working directly with the staffs of various top campaigns.

You will learn about campaign fundraising, be exposed to the workings of Capitol Hill, and provided with great networking opportunities. This unpaid internship requires a minimum of 3 days a week and provides a great hands-on learning experience with good professional exposure. You will be provided with Metro fare reimbursement. Political experience a plus but not required.
