Our company strives to be the main source of legal and policy news for the next generation of lawyers, law students, and those interested in the changing nature of the legal industry. With a focus on breaking legal development, industry news, topical reports, and special interest blogs, Law Street is at the forefront of the industry. We are on the verge of launching our website, www.lawstreetmedia.com, and we are recruiting entrepreneurial, creative talent to join our team.

As an Editorial News Intern you will be responsible for researching and aggregating new content, uploading it to the website, and formatting posts. Topics include, but are not limited to, legal news and industry gossip, investigative reporting, and developments in constitutional, corporate, criminal, employment, environmental, immigration, IP, and real estate law. You will get hands-on, ground-level experience working in a true start-up environment.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated with experience in a creative, dynamic professional environment. Experience with WordPress is a must and some coding is preferred. Deep interest in law, public policy, and current events, as well as a creative, entrepreneurial spirit are essential. Internships are open to college, graduate, and law students.

Paid Internship Info:

$25/day travel stipend

Law Street Media maintains offices in Washington and New York. Content Development Specialists can be based out of either location, or work remotely.
