Human Services Agency with a rich tapestry of human services for youth and their families is in search of a Network Administrator Intern who will be engaged for six (6) months owning work, presenting ideas, and driving results.

We are seeking a Network Administrator Intern who has experience in helpdesk ticketing; back-up tape management; SharePoint Server documentation and escalation; and Windows 2008/2003 server operating systems. Experience gained in the classroom and through personal applications will be accepted.

Qualifications:

1. Must be an active junior or senior enrolled in one of the following Bachelor’s degree programs: engineering, computer science, computer engineering, information technology, computer information systems, management of information systems, etc…
2. Basic to advanced skills in one or more of the following: Active Directory, Windows 2008 Server, and SharePoint 2010.
3. Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and conceptual skills.
4. Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
5. High degree of professionalism and willingness to be coached.
6. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
7. Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
