Internship Summary

The Data Management intern will help develop and manage SEAF’s data collection, analysis and reporting programs. The intern will work closely with SEAF’s portfolio management team to support efficient collection and input of SEAF performance data as well as specific activities to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the portfolio management framework. The intern will be responsible for assisting in the data processing, analysis, visualization, and reporting around key priorities and custom projects. This internship is unpaid.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with data collection, aggregation, and analysis
Assist with data management and cleaning
Administrative support tasks as needed
Assist in writing of reports to share findings

Qualifications:

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in data analysis, monitoring & evaluation.
High level of computer literacy and attention to detail are required.
Committed to SEAF’s mission of creating entrepreneurial ecosystems in emerging and frontier markets.
Entrepreneurial work style, ability to work independently, think creatively, and identify resources to get the job done.
