This is a part-time, unpaid internship suitable for current graduate students and recent graduates. You will work with a dynamic group of experts spread across diverse geographies while gaining experience in:

- Applied research on cutting-edge topics in environmental governance. Current program areas include landscape restoration, small-scale fisheries, multi-stakeholder platforms, and citizen engagement in policy reform.

- Design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation protocols, aimed at
building evidence of program performance and supporting learning and adaptation.

- Conducting interviews with practitioners, supporting remote dialogues, and synthesizing priorities for partnership.

- Drafting and review of practitioner guidance materials, policy briefs, blogs
and other materials to communicate research insights to a wider audience.

Qualifications:

- Pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in a relevant field. Examples include public policy, environmental policy, environmental science, economics, law, political science, international development, international relations, sociology, anthropology and geography.

- Excellent research and writing skills, including ability to present complex information in a concise manner.

- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to international cooperation and imperatives of social and ecological resilience.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.

- Language skills are an advantage, including French, Spanish, Hindi and Arabic.
