Location
This internship is a virtual/remote internship. Sit back, relax in an environment where you can work from home, your local coffee shop or anywhere else with a secure internet connection and ability to meet on Skype.

Timing
Immediately! Our internships are 200 hours which is approximately 10 hours a week for 20 weeks. Once you have completed the maximum amount, there are opportunities for advancement into a Sr. role, depending on how well you excel with your role.

Compensation
This is an unpaid virtual internship, but the experience and connections you will get for your professional portfolio and resume, is priceless!

Responsibilities
• Manage all incoming client leads on a daily basis and update client information on at HubSpot at www.hubspot.com; communicate with prospective leads via email, Skype, and phone call and turn them into clients.
• Conduct market research to vet all new prospects via YouTube, Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn. You get to figure out whats trending in the market!
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients. Send proposals and update client projection sheets.
• Assist in planning and strategizing new revenue streams. You get to brainstorm with our leaders and be seen as a vital team mate.
• Act as a liaison with clients and company leadership to keep all tasks on schedule and up to date.
• Help prepare and send weekly revenue reports for internal review.
• Assist with other business development duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

I can teach people how to create a process, I can teach people how to engage with visitors on a website, I can even teach people how to solve a problem. What I cant teach to someone is how to be tenacious, never give up and get results that are astonishing. That is what we are looking for, because I cant teach that. - Super Julie Braun
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and open to learning our super simple Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software HubSpot.
• 1–2+ years of working experience, preferably in a sales or business development role.
• Engaged in social media with understanding of individual platforms and be able to work virtually with appropriate tools (laptop, internet, Skype, mobile phone).
• Four-year degree from a college or university (this is preferred, but not required).
• Extremely motivated, super organized, and an ambitious team player who has serious attention to detail.
• Able to leap without bounds and save business owners from their own demise, then you are the multitasker we have been looking for.
• Ready to join a highly creative team, in a fast-paced environment, and make crazy money with a growing company.

Webcam
The purpose of having a webcam is to ensure that our teammates are provided with the best learning experience imaginable. We request that all candidates have a webcam available on a continual basis, including before your first and second interviews. We offer the same experience that you receive as if you were to step inside an employer’s office for an interview, or as if you are surrounded by your teammates during a crucial meeting to discuss strategies of improving both the service and experience which the company is offering.

Skype Phone Application
As a virtual company, we use Skype as our primary form of communication. You will need to have Skype on your laptop, desktop or tablet so you can turn on your video camera, have face-to-face meetings, share your screen and interact with our team. NOTE: Your cell phone should not be your main source of working on assignments or for meetings at SuperInterns.com. Please be prepared with a laptop, desktop or tablet that is functional and properly secured.
