Description:

This exciting and fast paced writing internship provides college students from across the country with the opportunity to contribute ideas and articles for publication in the unrestrained guide to everything college. If selected, you will be published on a weekly basis, and will receive constant evaluation, critique, and mentorship throughout the program from back\slash’s editors and upper level management.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated college student who is seeking a career in journalism, and wants hands-on experience working in the field before graduation.
The minimum requirements for the semester-long program are as follows: (i) Participate in at least 1 Editorial Conference Call per week (ii) Write a minimum of 1 article per week, (iii) Return emails within 48 hrs
Selected applicants will be provided with: (i) Mentorship, critique, and evaluation on an ongoing basis (ii) Letters of recommendation upon request, (iii) A point of contact within the back\slash editorial team who will be happy to speak with any future prospective employers, and attest to your skill-set/work ethic, (iv) A platform for you to be published now and continually,(vi) Course credit, in most cases
Interns may work remotely, from anywhere.
