AT&T is hiring for Student Intern I - Consumer Solutions Manager - Plano, TX
Our internship program is designed for students seeking a career within a specified field. This is an Internship opportunity for highly qualified college/university students who have the potential to become future leaders in AT&T and the business community.
Duration of internship is 10-12 weeks.
A minimum of a 3.0 GPA is required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
•Drive sales accountability for channel
•Deliver consistent customer service throughout the channel through awareness, goal setting and incentives
•Collaborate with delivery team to improve data collection and field feedback
•Develop a forum to gather and share best practices within channel
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
•Reliable, go to type personality, Results oriented
•Follow-up on any outstanding issues or action items without supervision
•Shows initiative and creativity
•Great work ethic and Team player
•Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint)
•Ability to quickly understand data and apply it to a business problem
•Must be in the process of pursuing a 4-year degree
•A minimum of a 3.0 GPA is required
•College degree is required

Preferred Qualifications
•Degree in statistics preferred, online BI reporting, statistics and analytics experience
•Experience in deep dive analysis in customer behavior
•Ability to work effectively with users in gathering and interpreting user requirements
•Excellent communication skills and ability to publicly present ideas and share information
•Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
