Description:

InspireMany.com, provider of coaching and personal development sessions and workshops for female entrepreneurs. Seeking a hard working, self-starting intern for Fall 2012 to assist Marketing and Event Planning. Due to the nature of our small environment, the intern will work directly with the CEO on substantive projects geared toward supporting strategic planning, messaging development, events and social media.
The intern will provide research and analysis in support of current and ongoing strategic planning initiative and media message planning. Added bonus would be experience in graphic design. Research may include market data on women, personal development, and coaching; market survey to identify gaps in services ; best messaging techniques; draft text for website and communications/publications. Intern will make recommendations for social media conduits and assist in the implementation of approved recommendations. The intern will be responsible for working with the CEO to maintain our office operations; including; coordinating materials for printing and dissemination and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Strong attention to detail
•Knowledge of internet research sources, including media search engines
•Ability to take initiative, multi-task, work quickly and be flexible
•Knowledge of graphic design (added bonus)
•Interest in applying business and market concepts
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
•Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communications skills
•Openness to constructive criticism
•Capacity to work independently and as part of a team

4-8 hours a week
