ansleyRDgroup (ARDG) offers a unique internship experience unlike few others! Our internship program is designed to give college age students the opportunity to level up their BIZXP. While working for our company you will deliver real work, for real clients, both domestically and internationally. As an intern you will have the opportunity to see the inner workings of a business development and management consulting firm, while working virtually alongside ARDG staff who are dedicated not only to ensuring our clients’ success, but also to your personal and professional development via a mentoring relationship with one of our firm’s Principals.

Our Social Media Interns are the voice of ansleyRDgroup and our clients to our respective audiences. They have the crucial role of keeping the community involved and engaged across multiple platforms. This position offers an opportunity to develop social media skills, professional skills, with a focus in Communications and Marketing that utilizes Inbound Marketing and Content Marketing strategies.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating Content Schedule (and associated content) for Social Media Networks and Business Blogs
- Executing Content Schedule for Social Media Networks and Business Blogs
- Researching Social Media Trends
- Reporting on Online Platform Statistics
- Marketing Products and Services
- Building Relationships through Social Media—with respective target audiences (businesses, churches, clubs, vendors, individuals etc.)

Qualifications:

- Must supply own computer and internet connection
- Strong Work Ethic & Positive Attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
- Highly Organized & Task Oriented
- Attention to Detail
- Excellent Critical Thinking Skills
- Excellent Administrative Writing Skills
- Professional Demeanor
