Maka Social is a revolutionary technology designed to break through those barriers that keep us apart to the benefit of organizations hardest hit by mental health and to increase revenue in places where we already gather.
We are seeking a motivated part time mobile app developer intern eager to embark on a high growth adventure and learn practical skills for succeeding in the workplace under the guidance of mentor with 15 years of IT experience building automation for the financial industry. Working for a small company has its advantages. You’ll have a seat at the decision-making table making your opinions and ideas heard by company leadership.
How You Will Help Us
• Help to accelerate the production of our core product, the Maka Social mobile app.
• Allow us to respond quickly to results from early experiments
• Contribute creatively to the design process of both the product and other marketing elements.
• As a stretch goal, duties may include helping to convert our website from Wix to a more custom design.

Qualifications:

Personal Skills:
• Desire to learn new skills.
• Able to work independently with some direction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of basic programming concepts.
• Knowledge of the Flutter with Dart framework is a plus, but not a requirement.
• The ability to pick up new programming languages through self-study is crucial.
