Description: Administrative Intern-

Administrative Intern Purpose: Performs administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities may include screening calls and lead generation, coordinating meeting arrangements, and customer service. Requires exceptional research and internet navigation skills.. Also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, event coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, including outside clients and vendors.

The Administrative intern is responsible for the organized upkeep of all files and folders. Responsibilities include sending emails, invoices, and follow-up correspondence to all clientele; Lead generation and the maintenance of Agency contacts; Coordination of promotional events/activities; and Talent Scouting.

Administrative Intern Duties:
• Assist with all recordkeeping and engage in organized upkeep of all files and folders
• Perform clerical duties including but not limited to: faxing, photocopying, mailing, filing and invoicing
• Coordination of promotional events; Organize and execute various monthly promotional events and activities
• Talent Scouting; On-going talent scouting while maintaining the company brand. This is not limited to musicians. (Models, Actors, Personalities, Designers, Athletes)
• Provides potential clients information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications: MS Office Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Organization, Professionalism, Supply Management, Excellent Verbal/written Communication Skills
