Description:

Assist in the collection of patient/family data; collect and document vital signs, BMI, height/weight; administer medications. Prepare residents for outings; assist in dressing; document daily activities; take messages and return calls from family members; maintain current CPR certifications. Administer activities for residents and assist with meals.

Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent and program completion from an accredited institution. CPR certification should be current within sixty days. General office tasks, confidentiality and filing system required. The ability to use a thermometer, scales, sphygmomanometer/stethoscope. Proficient with bathing assistance and dressing changes. Familiar with all business office machines (computer, multiline telephone, copier and fax machines
