Description:
The Atlanta Press Club will select qualified communications students for paid summer internships at eligible local media organizations. Atlanta Press Club interns will be placed based on their interests and abilities.Internships allow students to receive hands-on work experience in a professional environment. Along with the opportunity to work at some of the leading news organizations in Atlanta, interns will receive a $1,500 stipend for living expenses.
Each internship will last 15-25 hours per week during the summer of 2013.
Students seeking to become an Atlanta Press Club intern, please complete the application by February 28, 2013.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be current students, who attend an accredited college or university and are majoring in journalism, broadcasting, mass media or communications.
