TOYL Events has exciting opportunities for 4 individuals with proven exhibit & corporate sponsorship sales experience. Candidates will be responsible for selling booth space and sponsorship opportunities to companies around the world that are interested in being involved with our upcoming trade shows and events.


Key responsibilities include:
Consulting with TOYL Events clients to create sales and marketing platforms through our events; grow our existing client base through extensive cold calling and strategic sales efforts; identify untapped markets and new revenue streams and nurture your contacts to grow our client base and contribute to our growing successful sales teams record. Sales professionals will also be responsible for assisting the development of sales strategies, proposals and presentations for existing and new accounts.


Ideal candidates must have a minimum of three years successful sales experience selling exhibit space and trade show sponsorship. Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals, building strong client partnerships, breaking new business and uncovering qualified prospects for new business. Candidates must be naturally tenacious and entrepreneurial, excited by challenge and change, and have the ability and skill set to customize offerings and proposals to meet each clients specific interests and objectives.


Compensation: Highly competitive, productivity based compensation.
All sales positions start off with a 90 day Level 3 commission based evaluation period to prove your abilities. Once you reach 90 days, you will have the option to become a salary employee or continue as a level 4 commission based employee.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated interest in beauty, fashion, wellness, marketing & events
Proficiency with all components of Microsoft Office software
Highly organized, resilient, and able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Ability to take a proactive approach to professional responsibilities
Excellent listening, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up
Positive, can-do attitude
Flexible schedule with ability to travel
