Description:

The candidate will be responsible for trademark preparation, prosecution, oppositions, registration and licensing; trade dress matters; intellectual property analysis; copyright registrations, monitoring, and litigation; e-commerce, Internet and domain name issues and disputes; protection of digital rights, marketing and affiliate policies; and IP portfolio due diligence in corporate transactions, preparation of various contracts, exhibits and other transactional documents for all of the above and negotiating same. Must have 3+ years of IP experience. Willingness to assist in litigating IP claims a plus.
