Description:
The candidate will provide insight and strategic direction to Wealth Management market-based fiduciary teams, including administration, performance metrics, client experience, and employee development and performance. Will oversee and coordinate personal fiduciary account administration in markets while maintaining the functional accountability for the role of Trust Advisor around sales and service. Will also manage bi-monthly meetings, lead and execute projects to address regulatory issues and develop strategies to enhance client service and acquisition. Will report to the Chief Fiduciary Officer. Qualification and Experience The candidate should have a Bachelors degree. A J.D., CFP, or other professional certification would be preferred. Must have 15+ years of related experience in trust and financial services, including 5+ years of management experience. Proven knowledge of investment and trust products and services required. Should have high level of fiduciary, estate planning and financial planning knowledge (technical expertise). Must have solid understanding of financial markets.
