Description:
Duties: The candidate performs software license reviews of our partners to ensure compliance with their contract terms and companys Business Practices while providing value-added services to enhance partner satisfaction. Conducts business reviews of partners to determine if the partner is in compliance with the terms and conditions of its agreement(s) and companys pricing, licensing, and business practices. Works with partner to resolve compliance issues and ensures proper compensation to company while preserving the partner relationship. Solicits and evaluates potential targets for review and travels to their places of business to perform the business reviews. Interprets and summarizes partner agreements, reviews, and reconciles software sales activity and accompanies support records, and work with other organizations. Identify and qualify customer review opportunities. Provide license and business practice advice in support of follow-up sales negotiations. Generate annual license compliance revenue and customer satisfaction targets. Participate in projects to improve the review process, licensing and technical knowledge. Provide licensing and Business Practice education to internal and external customers. Define standard processes for executing Partner sell-through activities ensuring that business requirements are adequately transposed. Work with divisional contact points to identify differences in the process between divisions and establish common procedures to address these. Work with Divisional Directors to define the roll out plan for LMS teams and communication to the wider business. Identify and resolve process issues (access to applications). Provide documentation and templates required for the operation of the process. Be the single point of contact for any process change request or escalation. Create training materials and documentation to enable Field Consultants to execute the program. Deliver training to ensure Field Consultants properly understand the processes and requirements. Prepare a comprehensive reporting package for Divisional Directors, as well as overview summary for quarterly global internal reporting requirements. Define KPIs and associated value measurements for the program and monitor these. Provide program and process improvements based on observations on the operation and results of the program. Prepare outline process documentation. Act as collection point for ideas generated by Field Teams and conveying them to the divisional leaders. Summarize program progress reports and identify needs. Ensure quality of planning, reporting and coordination. Enable Field Team readiness. Ensure channels of communication of initiatives to LMS community. Ensure clear and accurate specifications of the partner program. Escalate delays and roadblocks to Global Operations Director on a timely basis. Qualification and Experience Qualifications: The candidate should have B.A./B.S. degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or MIS. CPA or J.D. degree preferred. Must have 3 years of commercial experience. Full and complete knowledge of PRS process. Outstanding performance. Demonstrated leadership skills. Advanced knowledge of license review process. Strong technical skills. Interest in recruitment and training of new hires. Travel as needed.
