Description:

1. Implement project management system for each project or seminar, keeping track of deadlines, deliverables, progress, challenges.
2. Help CEO and Consultant Intern deliver projects on time and on budget.
3. Help keep track of expenses for each project and compare to budgeted amount.
4. Serve as a resource person on all projects.
5. Assist the Chief Executive Officer with managing the company.
6. Work with staff to develop project framework for all internal (non-client) activities and
track all projects.
7. Help send out bills to all clients and monitor payments.
8. Help coordinate setting up of meetings with clients, potential clients, etc.
9. Work directly with the Legal Research Assistant, Outreach Coordinator, and New Business Coordinator
10. Assist in the development and marketing of seminars and workshops
11. Other duties to be assigned

The responsibilities will be to create a file (electronic and paper) for each client/organization of the firm who come in contact with the firm. Keep notes of all phone calls and general correspondence. Provide progress reports to all clients. Provide a weekly report of all activities. The role will be to coordinate client projects and seminars on behalf of the company.

The work would be 10-15 hours per week depending on the schedule of the intern. The student would work virtually and meetings would be held via conference call at least weekly to go over progress.
