Catering Culinary Intern

Description:

You will work with the Certified Executive Chef to prepare and serve catered events. The internship will include food preparation experience, inventory and ordering opportunities, and work directly with leasing clients to create menus to ensure event success. This internship works closely with the sales and events department and will include some event planning experience as well. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively. Basic culinary experience is a must. Knowledge of or experience with non-profits and/or banquets is helpful. Should possess good verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook helpful.
