Active pursuit of degree in Insurance, Risk Management or Business with at least 2 years completed.
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Outstanding interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to succeed in high volume environments requiring personal organization, multitasking, and regular reprioritization with short turnaround time on items of high impact.
Proven ability to work on a team or operate independently and prioritize job duties.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Mandatory computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).
The availability to work 10-20 hours per week, year round
