• Perform legal research
• Review and analyze case files
• Draft legal documents and memoranda of law
• Support senior staff
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Law Student with outstanding academic credentials.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Outstanding organizational, written and verbal skills.
• Demonstrated interest in the securities industry and/or securities regulation
