WARM2Kids promotes social change by offering creative solutions to prominent issues facing todays youth. Utilizing e-learning and interactive technology, WARM2Kids provides valuable life skills focused on prevention of destructive behaviors.

WARM2Kids partners with YMCAs, Boys & Girls Clubs, Jewish Community Centers and youth recreation sites to open Learning Centers nationwide.

Monthly character building activities engage participants in after-school programs.

Participating sites are outfitted with state-of-the-art computers, accessories and furnishings to facilitate growth and learning in the technology age.

Our comprehensive online resource guide hosts more than 300 expert-approved articles and character development programs designed to reach members in a relevant and timely manner.

Internet Marketer
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Analytics
• Develop, implement, and oversee IN-BOUND Marketing with a focus on social media
• Aggressive blogging to keep content fresh and current
• Create ‘Calls to Action’ with blogging
• Promote WARM2Kids to Social Media outlets (positioning) i.e. – Facebook Ads

Internship Responsibilities:
• Participate in an orientation session with WARM2Kids program director that includes the following:
o Brief history of WARM
o Overview of philosophies and guidelines with regards to WARM2Kids
o Review of job descriptions and expectations
o Review of any specific dress codes, security, and protocols pertaining to site attending
• Meet weekly with WARM2Kids staff to discuss new developments
• Create a weekly written report and review with WARM2Kids program director that will have the following information:
o Weekly update on what was accomplished
o Upcoming goals and objectives
o Quantitative data with regards to increase in web traffic and interest
-A summary on how SEO is augmenting sales efforts
-Complete academic project and career services paperwork (as required)

Qualifications:

WARM2Kids seeks individuals with a strong commitment to helping teens that enjoy working in a small grass-roots company. Intern must be a detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to work on several tasks concurrently. Ideal candidates should possess strong communications and written skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
