Our global clients are varied, from individuals requiring general legal assistance, to start-up companies and film and music producers needing everything from contracts to incorporation.

 Description of Position:
We are currently looking for candidates for the Summer 2013 internship program at the firm. Internships are unpaid, but students get invaluable experience in the entertainment business. Students that require credit for internships must apply for credit and get application information prior to applying.

**FOR UNDERGRADUATES ONLY!**
Undergraduates:
Undergraduate Students will be reading and marketing screenplays, preparing attorneys for film festivals, communicating with clients, drafting invoices, and doing general administrative work. Applicants with a strong communication, theater arts, or media major preferred and all students will need experience with computers (Word, Excel, Html).  Strong writing and organizational skills are a must. 

 Hours: During the summer, interns work full time Monday through Wednesday from 9am to 6pm. Summer interns will begin working the week of June 3 and end the week of August 19. If a student is also getting credit for participating, all paperwork must be completed prior to beginning the internship by that student, and the hours required by the school must be fulfilled (if more than 10 hours).

Qualifications Desired:
Students from all different backgrounds and levels of experience will be considered for the position.  Students who are interested should submit the following by e-mail attachment or hard copies by mail to for the firm to review:

 **FOR LAW STUDENTS ONLY!**
Law Students
Internships for Law Students will be focused on drafting contracts and corporate work and film production deals primarily for the entertainment industry (film, television, music).  They will also learn how to create retainer agreements and invoices for clients.  Production legal work is a mainstay of our practice and all students will have a chance to participate, interacting with film industry and music clients regularly.  Strong writing, drafting, researching and attention to detail is a must.

 Hours: Summer Internships are Full-time, 4 days a week for the Summer. If a student is also getting credit for participating, all paperwork must be completed prior to beginning the internship by that student, and the hours required by the school must be fulfilled (if more than 15 hours, e.g., at B.C.).

 Pay:  There are no paid internships at the firm, but the firm will work with all students and their schools to obtain credit wherever possible.  Forms for credit programs and permission to participate from your school must be obtained prior to interviewing, and students should be prepared to disclose fully the rules and oversight required by the firm to maintain the credit program, including the name and number of any supervisor for the internship program for that student.
