Food Truck Festivals of New England Events & Business Development Intern
Description:
PR/Marketing agency is looking for a resourceful intern or temp employee to help develop business leads for their Food Truck Festivals of New England division. Intern will research the food truck industry, monitor traditional and social media outlets for food truck news, and identify new business opportunities for food trucks. Must be willing to dig deep for intelligence and ideas to generate new revenue for the Food Truck division, as well as help with logistics at 4 planned festivals this Fall.Responsibilities include:
Working on site at 4 large scale Food Truck Festivals in September and October
Helping collect and file all permits, menus, and any other paper work needed for the festivals and trucks
Research and pitching businesses and venues for festivals and booking a food truck for upcoming events and parties and working on all of the logisticsAnd much more to come!
Qualifications:
Great communication and written skills, research savvy and social media experience.

Unpaid but event work is paid
Hours:
15-20 hours a week ideal availability
