UNITED PLANET
ENROLLMENT COORDINATOR – PAID INTERNSHIP

United Planet is looking for an Enrollment Coordinator to facilitate the organization’s outreach and partnership development and to streamline internal volunteer recruitment and enrollment processes.

Job Responsibilities:
• Answering and responding to phone calls, chats, emails and other inquiries in a professional manner
• Following up on leads; lead generation
• Maintaining customer records in CRM application
• Meeting call volume and enrollment goals set by Sales Manager

• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Outstanding Interpersonal and communications skills
• Belief in United Planet vision and mission
• Passion for international travel, different cultures, and making difference in the world
• Creative, resourceful, confident, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial
