Description:

- Coordinate online marketing and advertising campaigns and update Web sites,
collaborating with directors daily
- Write weekly blogs, maintain daily online presence via Facebook, Twitter, and new
onsite (abroad) social initiative
- Organize campus and community outreach initiative
- Prepare mailings
- Register for conferences
- Visit host university websites, communicate via email with overseas host university
staff and update online course listings
- Organize and maintain professional email and phone correspondence with prestigious US universities
- Write online advertisements on Facebook, elsewhere to attract potential Panroamers
- Take initiative to research other conferences, outlets in higher ed. to attend
- Answer office phone, listen and take notes, relay message as needed
- Assist in print, online copy writing

Qualifications:

- Driving distance to Birmingham, Michigan office
- Work 3 days weekly, 8 hours daily, starting as soon as possible through end of August
- Current college student or recent (2 years or less) college graduate
- Have studied or worked abroad for more than 1 month
- Solid writer, this is very important
- Proven experience in Microsoft Suite softwares, email, etc.
- Ability to picture end-result of task or long-term project from inception
- Comfortable being distracted at a moment’s notice to generate ideas in impromptu
meetings
- Have studied foreign language in college and/or are conversational in a foreign
language
- Write daily updates to owners, answer phones
- Laptop computer for use in office, preferably a Mac
