Public Relations and Marketing Intern
MPRO – Farmington Hills, MI
MPRO, Michigan’s Federally designated Quality Improvement Organization, is looking for a Public Relations and Marketing intern to work in the Communications and Public Relations Department. The position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and provided the candidate with the ability to work directly on projects in traditional and emerging media. This hand-on opportunity is ideal for a student looking to gain work experience that can add to their portfolio in public relations.

Qualifications:

The internship is for undergraduate students who are either in their third or fourth year of an accredited program in marketing, journalism, communications or related field. Hours are flexible, but would require at least ten hours a week, and would require at least ten weeks. MPRO will work with the college or university to provide credit toward a formal internship program, depending on the requirements of the program. This is an unpaid position, however, a candidate that demonstrates a high level of competence and professionalism may qualify for a moderate hourly rate.
