Description:

KarmaCRM is looking for a business development intern who will work with all of the business development functions for the company. The right person for this position will have the vision, initiative and exceptional entrepreneurial skills to drive this organization’s revenue expansion for new business strategies.

Some Responsibilities would include:
-Oversee and manage all business development functions of the company.
-Research and investigate potential opportunities and partnerships.
-Help prepare the business plans, apply for grants, scholarships and identify other sources of funding
-Develop and maintain business relationships with clients.
-Oversee and participate in customer service and sales functions
-Oversee marketing campaigns and produce weekly / monthly reports of progress
Help gather testimonials case studies, write the monthly newsletter

Qualifications:

-Must provide knowledgeable and strategic ways to improve a software based company by taking initiative and finding new business opportunities.
-Must be organized and be able to plan a strategic and successful business development plan.
-Have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
-Be able to manage finances, market the product, manage and operate the product, and identify opportunities for sales.
-Have experience and success in generating leads.
-Knowledgeable of business intelligence including researching new business, competitors, costs.
-Have excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
-Have a proven record of building, developing and managing key relationships with external partners and customers.
-Be able to act as a representative of the company and maintain healthy relationships with clients.
-Have experience with managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database is a plus
