This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and innovative football enthusiast seeking to develop coaching skills and experience in High School football coaching.

The Assistant Football Coach will serve as a primary assistant coach for a 6A High School Varsity football Coach in the South West Suburb of the Twin Cities. This team is renowned and is the top team in the State.

This is a temporary, non-benefited part-time assistant football coach to serve as assistant to an Offensive position management coordinator.

Anticipated working dates will be August through November. Hours are consistent, therefore reliability is a must.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Assist an Offensive Varsity football coach in preparing student-athletes for participation in football games, during practice, and preparation for games.
• Previous Football Coaching experience is an advantage.
• Coaching based on a system within a current program
• Demonstrate reliability in complete pre developed practice plan
• Excellent organizational, oral communication skills
• Demonstrate capability to work with student athletes in a highly competitive academic environment
• Intercultural sensitivity
• The successful candidate selected for the position must pass appropriate background checks.
