Position Overview
• Researching prospective clients using Data.com (Jigsaw), LinkedIn, Google, and other tools
• Working with sales team to drive lead generation initiatives, potentially including direct lead qualification
• Writing, editing, and proofreading custom push communications for outbound direct campaigns
• Monitoring marketing campaigns using tools like Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, and Google Adwords
• Supporting functions of the sales and marketing team as requestedCompensation
• College credit to use toward earning your degree (as stipulated by your college or university)
• The ability to take up to three Benchmark Learning Business Software courses (these include web design, print design, Microsoft Office and more) at no cost. This excludes classes delivered by partners.
• Gain invaluable real-world experience in a fun and motivating environment
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
• Working on earning a bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Management or related field of study
• Exceptionally good with details, self-management and task organization strategies
• Solid computer experience including proficiency in Windows XP/Windows 7 and Microsoft Office
• Excellent decision-making and problem solving skills, and the ability to make mature judgments in matters related to communications effortsDesired Qualifications
• Some experience in marketing communications that includes significant writing responsibilities and experience with Web-based communications (websites, email programs, etc.)
• Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, or the willingness to learn more as needed
• Understanding of HTML, or the willingness to learn more as needed
• Public Relations experience
