Description:

Duties: Provide project management for the successful implementation of assigned products at client sites including pre-installation assessment, business and systems analysis as required, scheduling of hardware and software installation as well as post installation implementation assessment. The Engagement Manager will be responsible for the overall success and client satisfaction with Integration Services projects, and will have ongoing responsibility for a portfolio of clients including oversight and management of problem resolution. The EM will provide feedback from clients to the product team and developers re: any technical issues, feature and product enhancements, and to the Sales Team or Integration Services management re: any business issues and will need to demonstrate experience in matrix managing solutions. The Engagement Manager will also take on additional responsibilities within Integration Services including mentoring, product management and product marketing, and will be significantly involved in the pre-sales process. Qualification and Experience Qualifications: Bachelor of Science (technical degree preferred) or equivalent experience. MBA and/or JD a plus. Legal experience helpful. Demonstrated, pro-active leadership skills. Ability to interact with ease at the executive level. 5 years of technical sales, consulting or project management experience required. Excellent communication skills including strong written, verbal and presentation skills. Strong collaborative and team skills. Familiarity with the design and use of LexisNexis technology solutions software including software for litigation support and knowledge management technologies. Time management skills to meet frequent and possibly conflicting deadlines and work schedules. Requires local and/or overnight business travel.
