Description:

The candidate will be part of the law school marketing team, developing and executing product and marketing communications strategies with the objective of building faculty usage and preference for the company service. Will be identifying needs of faculty and creating products and training materials designed to integrate company products and services into law school curriculum. Will have extensive interaction with faculty members and administration of law schools, especially legal research and writing professors and library directors. Will work frequently with counterparts in development, sales, and law school publishing. The candidate must have a J.D. degree and 9-12 years of experience in the legal market. Experience in working with customers to understand market needs and translating to new products and teaching tools required. Experience collaborating with a field sales organization needed. Experience interacting with faculty in a publishing or product development capacity a plus. Experience in developing or working with online tools a plus. Experience with integrating web 2.0 strategies (blogs, webinars) into marketing campaigns is a plus. Demonstrated leadership skills, excellent writing and verbal communications skills with ability to write for faculty audiences needed. Some travel required.
