Description:

To support its next phase of growth, GrowthBound is implementing an internship program for undergraduate and graduate students as part of their curriculum or as their first post-graduate position. Interns will participate in formal training and compensation including leadership development, emotional intelligence and versatility, business strategy and relationship development.

As an intern, the successful candidate will be eligible for success compensation based on their contribution to measurable revenue and profit objectives. For successful interns, the initial position will lead to a salaried permanent position as a leader of one of the practice areas above or placed in a position in one of our client organizations. Candidates should possess deep business acumen and capabilities to help drive new business in one or more of areas above as have well developed competencies in leadership, communication, problem solving, and cultural adaptability. Based on interest and experience, the following is a list of typical intern activities:

- Develop and execute business and go-to-market strategies for GrowthBound’s 5 practices (Leadership Recruiting and Development, Corporate Finance, Marketing and Sales, and Operational Enhancement under the direction of GrowthBound principals,
- New business opportunity initiation, management and closing through live meetings, outbound telemarketing and online communications (linkedin)
- Ongoing drafting and editing of company and professional profiles, resumes, proposals, presentations, business plans and investor materials based on meetings/interview transcription, research and direction from principals
- Inbound and outbound correspondence through phone, mail, and web based applications including linkedin and other social/business networks
- internet research (web research) on companies, products, professionals, industries and related data
- Data entry in web applications including salesforce.com, linkedin and others.
- Schedule/travel/meeting coordination
- Meeting/discussion transcription and analysis
- Billing and bookkeeping

Qualifications:

Must be proficient in Word, Power Point and Excel plus have knowledge of Linkedin and Salesforce.
