Description:
The candidate will oversee all labor issues in all Canadian provinces where the company is operating. Oversee all employment matters and certain compliance investigations within Canada. Manage various commercial litigation matters to which they are assigned. Qualification and Experience The candidate should have 5-10 years of experience including previous labor law experience with a construction company or law firm with a practice related to the construction industry is necessary. Must be a member of a Provincial or Territorial Law Society. Travel is required for this position.
