Description:
This position offers the opportunity to be involved professionally within the IT field and offers broad exposure to all the workings of IT in a growing company. The qualified individual will be exposed to many different aspects of an IT department.
Qualifications:
An ideal candidate will have Windows XP/MS Office experience and knowledge of troubleshooting both hardware and software. Minimum required A+ and Network + certification or equivalent work experience.
Daily duties include:
Desktop PC maintneance - including hardware and software applications.
Peripheral maintenance and troubleshooting.
Basic network troubleshooting.
Basic Server maintenance.
Disconnect, move, reconnect and configure computers, printers and peripherals to reassigned locations.
Setup users on network file servers and e-mail and configure their workstation to accommodate their needs.
