Baum Media Group is multi-platform publisher of golf travel information and advice.

We are seeking an enthusiastic team member to contribute to various web-based editorial and publishing projects including articles, special reports, e-books, and online optimization efforts.

Candidates should have editorial/publishing interest and/or experience because the primary responsibilities will include:

• Creating search engine optimized articles, special reports, and destination guides

• Conducting keyword research related to the above

• Merchandising articles and special reports with copywriting, SEO, and social media

• Loading articles and photos into a Wordpress site (running the Thesis Theme)

• Sourcing photographs and obtaining credits/permissions from copyright holders

• All manner of editorial duties including writing, copywriting, editing, research, proofreading, fact checking, and SEO

Qualifications:

Summary of Additional, Required Skills:

Ability to follow directions
Keen attention to detail
Professional email and telephone manner
Knowledge and use of proper spelling and grammar

Pluses (but not required):

Interest in golf and/or travel
Working knowledge of Wordpress and/or other content management systems
SEO best practices
Keyword research
