Marketing Assistant Intern Position

POSITION SUMMARY:
A Marketing Assistant Intern is responsible for assisting with our Marketing Director by helping to perform daily tasks. This person should exhibit a strong presence and have strong communicational skills. By having a strong relationship with everyone on the marketing and sales team as well as a relationship with clients and businesses this person will help to find leads and help our business succeed. This is a part-time unpaid position, in which the hours vary depending on the Marketing Director and which days the person is needed including weekdays and weekends. Being able to be a committed and outgoing individual are essential components for this position. We are looking to fulfill this position for Fall 2012.

Sales Force Administrator
Lead Management
Appointment Setting and Lead Management
Bridal Shows / Tastings
SMS Marketing
Social Media
Public Relations

COMPENSATION/EVALUATIONS:
A Marketing Assistant Intern is a part-time unpaid position available for college credit.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent communication skills with both workers and clients
• Proficient with basic computer skills
• Understanding about how to use social media
• Ability to work in a team so that the job can be effectively carried out
• Strong phone skills with the ability to talk to clients either in person or on the phone

Part-Time, Approx. 15 Hours
