As a JuiceTank Community Manager you will be working directly with the JuiceTank Co-Founders. The JuiceTank environment is fast-paced and extremely dynamic. You will have to wear many hats ranging from public relations, sales, operations, and even business development.

• Be Extroverted and a Great Host!
There may be times when you will have to be fully in charge of the front-line. You’ll answer questions, handle some phone calls, take potential coworkers on tours of the space, and respond to members’ needs. Most importantly your job will be to keep the room alive! Remember, you will be the Face of the JuiceTank Innovation Lab – this is a responsibility not to be taken lightly!

• Be An Organizational Ninja!
That’s right – a ninja. It is key to make sure the collaborative workspace is running as smooth as possible. It is imperative that records are organized, files are filed, and reservations are booked. The most fun will be experiencing the crazy challenges that start-ups go through (don’t worry, you’ll learn how to deal with them!). All this must be taken care of in the most efficient way possible!

• Have Entrepreneurial Spirit!
We know that you will have a big role in not only managing our collaborative workspace, but also figuring out our internal and external problems - and fixing them!! Heck, we’ll even let you experiment and run with whatever solutions you think will work best.

We want you to have the desire to be part of an entrepreneurial culture and the willingness to work your butt off. You must be innovative and always thinking of new solutions. When was the last time your job actually let you create something? If you’ve got a sense of humor, practical knowledge of Google Apps and/or Microsoft Office then we should be good to go. You’ll learn a bunch along the way, but a good start never hurts.
