Description:

On-Ride Entertainment is actively seeking an intern working towards a degree in Marketing or Advertising or a recent university graduate with a strong interest in digital media and the film industry. Intern will be asked to assist with on location shoots; developing and execution of marketing and advertisement strategy; and some administrative tasks. The intern will have the opportunity to see what goes into the production of an independent film from pre-production thru post-production and distribution. Will work closely with Public Relations Specialist and coordinate social network and blog activity. Possibility of travel, both international and domestic. This is an unpaid internship, that can be used for college credit with the possibility of a paid position with On-Ride Entertainment, LLC.

Assist with the following responsibilities:

Research film festivals, sponsorships, contests, promotions, etc.
Marketing material distributing; research new advertisement/marketing ventures.
Scheduling monthly marketing meetings with Management to highlight areas of opportunities and success
Updating, organizing and e-filing administrative documents
Miscellaneous business related errands

Qualifications:

Understand cost-reduction principles and how to implement goals
Possess skills at assessing issues, defining solutions, and implementing strategy
Perform well in environment that values leadership, efficiency, dependability, and organization
Intern must be proficient in MS Office programs, well organized, punctual & have access to a laptop, cell phone and transportation.
Must be willing to travel
Should have a valid passport; not required
